More miles on their treads, than a Indy Goodyear tire. Reminds me of a classic, by Earth Wind and Fire..."Do you remember...the 13th day of September...Hornets changing the minds of pretenders...while racing the clouds away......Their feet were stinging...And the stench in the bus was teeming....As they ran in the night...remember how these stars stole the night away...Ba De Ya! Say do you remember...Ba De Ya! Running in September...Ba De Ya! Never was a cloudy day!!!"

Hello Fellow Greenhornets and fans!

First off, thank you McKennas for the wonderful dedication on the website. It is unbelievable work and I appreciate it so very much.

I will be thinking of all of you this upcoming weekend. Heck, I might even run an extra 5 minutes here on the treadmill and I guess I'll have to CRANK up the incline too.

You guys are all the best and thank you again for being such a solid group!

I know there are some egos on this team. And not just egos, but big egos. Just remember this quote from Royal Tenenbaum and the attitude he had with the family with whom he was exiled from for many years: "Scrapping, yelling, and mixing it up. I'm loving every minute with this crew." Keep that in mind and this team can make it to the finish line.

Denise McNamara says:

Wednesday | September 10 | 2008 | 12:07 pm

22 Days Until We Leave!

Wednesday | August 20 | 2008 | 5:54pm

RTB 2008 is closing in on us fast! Final details are being arranged and everyone is moving into their final weeks of training. Chad's ankle (injured in a competitive tether-ball match against his little brother) is doing better. We're meeting Friday for leg assignments - that's when it starts to get real, so we'll know what legs we're running.
