Theresa Coyle - Runner #02

Theresa CoyleRTB History: 2005 (Leg #3) , 2006 (Leg #3), 2007 (Leg #11), 2008 (Leg #1)

Favorite RTB Memory: There are so many to choose from...Bobby coming down the mountain on our first RTB...Sarah telling us about our "components" at the Carlson Lodge...Drew and Chrissy's engagement at the end of the 2007 RTB. Selfishly I think that my favorite RTB memory must have been the start of the 2008 race. It was an honor to run leg 1- I was so nervous but so excited to set the team off on a good race!!

Worst RTB Memory: I don't know if there really is a "worst"- perhaps the never-ending hills of leg 25...it was a rough 9.5 miles!!

Greatest asset: Certainly not my blazing speed...but perhaps my endurance?? I think that my first-aid kit also comes in handy...I got a few comments from my teammates at the Carlson Lodge breakfast when I came in clearly reeking of my eau-de-BenGay...but by their third legs they all wanted to smell like me!!

Thoughts: I LOVE the Green Hornets!! RTB is an experience like no other and I feel truly blessed to be a part of such a fantastic team!!

Saying: "Apple-bottom jeans...boots with the fur...and the whole club was lookin at her...next thing you know...she hit the floor...." I think my van 1 mates were SOOOO sick of me singing that song!!!!

    Cheer Us On!
